1. Warranty

2. Warranty Conditions

To benefit from the warranty, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase: The warranty is valid only with the original proof of purchase. Keep your invoice for any claims.

  • Proper Use: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Product Return: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation. All returns must be authorized by our customer service in advance.

3. Return Conditions

  • Reflection Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product if you are not satisfied. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
